1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or store credit, depending on the situation

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

5. Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
